- Assist with the coordination of production schedules and workflows for various projects
- Help oversee the logistics of production, including equipment rental, crew scheduling, and location scouting
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of production plans
- Participate in production meetings and offer input on creative and logistical decisions
- Work with production teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in film, television, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to learn
Experience
- Previous experience in film or television production is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with production software such as Final Draft or Movie Magic Budgeting is a plus
- Experience working on student or independent film projects is a plus
